Description

To invite more users to help, we should write short documentation how things work:

How to request an account
How to create a new message group, including:
- codeMap needs to list all codes
- open license requirement (spdx)
- link to help pages for yaml configuration and file format support
- supported repository types
Expected delays due to JobQueue

How? The best option available is the ConfirmAccount extension.

Nemo_bis set Security to None.

You can create separate task for setting up ConfirmAccount. It does need to block this, we can just start by asking them to ping on IRC channel.

ConfirmAccount installed and functioning, set to email me. Composer split to T86476.
I'll add the docs to the main page for now, is that ok?
