The string "Language (mandatory)" in the input for monolingual text values apparently isn't marked for translation. We need to make it translatable.

In theory that string is translatable... but the repo with it is on github, thus the sync with translatewiki doesn't work.
I think Jeroen knows how to deal with that (from how they do that with SMW).
