Based on this ops thread, our performance measurements can't account for about 10% of the time for Varnish misses. We should log the raw ResourceTiming fields instead of just select differences to make it easier to figure out where that time goes.
We should also log the requested thumbnail width for image requests, as it will let us verify if the varnish miss/hit ratio is unevenly distributed.
