Description

Create a browser test for the metadata panel in MediaViewer. It should test that

the panel opens when the down arrow is pressed
it closes when the arrow is pressed again
the description is expanded when the panel is open but not expanded when it is closed again

Mass-removing the Multimedia tag from MediaViewer tasks, as this is now being worked on by the Reading department, not Editing's Multimedia team.
