[Regression pre-wmf16] Entire line of text gets highlighted, when applying link or language to a text in Heading or Page Title format

Chrome 39 only.

1> Select Heading or Page Title format, and type in something,
2> While the cursor is still blinking after the last typed character, select the Language annotation .
3> When the inspector opens, click Done.The entire line of text gets highlighted(but gets applied only to the word where the cursor was) . Screenshots

Happens in Chrome 40 too. Firefox is ok. Assigning Normal priority since it's misleading a user into believing that a link(or a language annotation) is being applied to the selected(highlighted) text.

This appears to now be fixed?

Not fixed yet. Steps to reproduce are the same as above.

I have tested again (with Chrome 41) and still can't reproduce.

Sorry, I was testing with Chrome 40. Issue is fixed now, can't reproduce it with Chrome 41.
