Description

In the "Create New Task" and "Edit Task" forms, "CC" should be changed to "Subscribers".

Google Translator is unable to translate "CC" to German. And it is not a "carbon" copy.

The task view page does say "Subscribers", so it would be consistent to say "Subscribers" also in the task creation page, the Action dropdown, and probably other uses of this field in other Phabricator applications.

I think a report upstream would be successful.
