Could you elaborate what the exact request is here? Obviously something should get modified, but it would be great if you could explain in this ticket what the current situation is, and what the expected situation is. Thank you in advance!

Not sure I understand how Phabricator is unrelated.... This is Phabricator, no? You're demonstrating my point rather well; Bugzilla was a better experience for users. If this needs fixed, it will need done by regular users since I cannot find my way around here and am missing Bugzilla greatly.

To answer your second point, "I suggest we change the default for search to mainspace and category space instead of mainspace and portal space" (from the link I gave) has met with unanimous approval on enwn and now requires implemented. That is the purpose of this request.
