https://www.google.it/search?q=site:m.wikipedia.org finds 636 000 results here. m.wikipedia.org URLs are seen on desktop searches with "normal" keywords as well, mixed with main site.

For instance https://nl.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arbeidswaardetheorie, despite its having <link rel="canonical" href="http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arbeidswaardetheorie" />

MIght be a duplicate of T48424: Google ignores canonical url in search results (index.php?curid=, index.php?title=, etc.).

Now, there are 7 500 000 results, many of them are redirects (to sections).

Please verify if you can find a genuine search result for m.wikipedia.org with a query that doesn't explicitly force inurl: or site:.
