Description

the service legalpad.wikimedia.org has been deprecated and replaced by the legalpad app within the regular production phabricator instance

so i suppose we can remove it now:

so far I haven't seen legal actively move here, I don't expect them not too, but unless we have something for this host we should maybe hold-off on taking this apart.

I did this because Quim said to me it's deprecated and can't be resused (on T85170)

There is WMF-Legal with three members in this instance and I wonder what their plans are, and especially what they do NOT plan to do.

The legal team plans to use https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/legalpad/ only. https://legalpad.wikimedia.org/ can be safely removed.

I'm wondering if we make this box the phab failover, but cleaning out legalpad configuration is of no concern either way I suppose. If @Qgil says it's dead, then dead it is.
