Linktrail broken in uz at special characters: ʻʼ«…»—„“'"`
The typographic symbols:
ʻ U+02BB : MODIFIER LETTER TURNED COMMA
ʼ U+02BC : MODIFIER LETTER APOSTROPHE
are part of Uzbek alphabet and used in compozed ligatures as oʻ, gʻ etc.
