Parsoid rendering at http://parsoid.wmflabs.org/enwiki/Medway_SLA100_Executive?oldid=644591209 indeed doesn't include the infobox (the only thing left is a templated empty <table …></table> tag, so there's a Parsoid bug here somewhere.

What's fascinating is that when the wikitext is copied to another page (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:Etonkovidova&oldid=644621814&veaction=edit), the template displays correctly in VE, even though the Parsoid rendering (http://parsoid.wmflabs.org/enwiki/User%3AEtonkovidova?oldid=644621814) has the same rendering as above (empty table).
