I have updated deployment-mx instance configuration variables:
deployment_server_override salt_master_finger_override salt_master_override
Accepted the key on deployment-salt with salt-key -a i-00000676.eqiad.wmflabs.
The salt-minion on the client refused to authenticate (seen in /var/log/upstart/salt-minion.log) thus deleted the master key /etc/salt/pki/minion/minion_master.pub and started salt-minion service.
