Description

While we wait for T656: Enable Legalpad, we should recreate the Trusted User Tool in http://phab-01.wmflabs.org, where Legalpad is already enabled.

This will be useful to understahd what we really need to launch this service. Whoever needs to review this tool will also welcome a prototype.

What is / was the "Trusted User Tool" when it comes to functionality?

I believe this is now covered by one of the Legalpads, handled by SuSa.

If I get it correctly this task is long obsolete hence closing. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
