To reproduce:

1. Start with a page that has 2-3 images at the top of the page
2. Place the cursor in one of the slugs at the top, and add another image.
3. Try to type something anywhere in the document

The cursor doesn't appear in the slug at all, and typing is impossible anywhere in the document, not only in the slugs. This goes back to normal if you save the page and reloads VE.
