In wikidata translation shows wrong language

Description

If iPad has current language set to Russian, browsing wikdata anonymously shows pages in Russian, but clicking the language selector at the top shows that current language is English.

It seems (automatic and manual) language selection is currently disabled in Wikidata for anonymous users and I am unable to reproduce. Is this intentional?
