Description

We want to understand how TranslateWiki.net users use SemanticMediaWiki, from a user-facing point of view.

This will help us understand how to address the tickets about SMW support -- we may be able to match the functionality in another way. Danny & Nick will investigate.

T88104: Support setting SemanticMediaWiki properties from topic summaries (translatewiki.net)

T88107: Ensure RSS feeds of SMW queries against Flow topics embed and link something meaningful (translatewiki.net)

T88105: Allow to access topic title via summary SMW properties (translatewiki.net)

On further thought: We're not going to do this.

Building features to support SemanticMediaWiki would only help Translatewiki, and none of the other projects. Translatewiki is important to us, and we want to make Flow work there, but I think that the cost of supporting SMW just for that project is probably too high for us right now.

I'll talk to Siebrand, Niklas and Nemo about this, and find out if we can move forward with Translatewiki without SMW support.
