Downside: aren't we promoting the new RCStream over Socket.IO in preference to parsing IRC feeds?

I took a screenshot and mention this in https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/API:Recent_changes_stream , but since it still uses the RecentChanges IRC feed, I won't feature it in any more detail. We can revisit when and if the WikiMon python library converts to RCStream
