  1. In VE - insert a table.
  2. Click in the table's cell to highlight it - table cell borders become not-dotted line. The middle line in the table is displayed as a thick line.

Not in test2.

Assuming this is not an issue anymore (at least I cannot reproduce in Firefox 73).
