Here is a prototype of how contributions page would look like with the upfront actions + icons.

The difference between the popover and the contributions page entry point is

• The popover says "your contributions" which means your existing contributions. e.g. your entry point to CX dashboard
• The contribution page says "New Contributions" so it's a way to add to your existing contribs but still has a way of going to CX dashboard
• The icons are different because the popover are nouns because it's just a list and contribs page it's all verbs "create, upload, translate"

Some small considerations:

• For the "start a draft" option, it is harder than it seems to point to a place which exists in all wikis and users can go to start a new page. the draft namespace or article requesting process is not available everywhere. The best I could found is this special page. I reflected that in the task description above (labelling the action as "new page").
• Options are presented in a different order in contributions and the popover. Is there a reason for that or can we follow a consistent ordering?
• Adding the graphic assets to this ticket would be useful for the developers.
