ExtensionProcessor handling of ExtensionMessagesFiles is broken

Description

Caused by f2daeaa7494b40400a927b00c92daf4b9831687b which converted MessageDirs to use arrays, and accidentally did the same for ExtensionMessagesFiles, which doesn't support arrays.
