Five months ago we had set $wgCategoryCollation to 'uca-fr' on frwikiversity (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T71782).

Is there any way to preserve this sorting into [[special:allpages]] please?

As you can see at the end of https://fr.wikiversity.org/w/index.php?title=Sp%C3%A9cial%3AToutes+les+pages&from=&to=&namespace=110, the "É" should be just after "E" and not after "Z".

Currently correct collation is, unfortunately, limited to categories.
