Bring integration-slave1001.eqiad.wmflabs back in the pool

Description

We have some network issue on labs which prevents the Jenkins master to ssh to the labs instance (T88960). I have rebooted integration-slave1001 and it is no more reachable from the Jenkins master so I have marked it offline.

Whenever the labs issue is fixed, the node will have to be manually pooled back in.

I have pooled the node back up. The OpenStack security rules were broken and missed a rule to allow ssh from gallium to the instances.
