In preparation for our pilot, some text changes are needed for the profile creation form on the Create Member Profile button found at https://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Co-op. I'll post the current version in the top quote, and the desired change in a bottom quote:

• The button name should be changed from "Create Member Profile" to "Find a Mentor"

On some of the text fields:
