Gothic font to be added to the ULS extensions' webfonts component

Description

Hello, we are having a problem on our wikipedia. For many people there is either no font displayed and when they install it it doesn't work, or some kind of very bad readable font is installed. Therefore I would like to ask if the skeirs.ttf font and the ulfilas.ttf font can be added to the Wikipedia ULS and if this font can be installed as the main font on the Gothic wikipedia, got.wikipedia.org

As long as the fonts aren't used for commercial purposes, they are free to use, and as our wikipedia and wikipedia in general is not commercial, the font should be possible to install.

I understood from another user that a font as .woff and .eot is necessary, so I will ask him if he can provide his fonts as woff and eot.

Edit: If these fonts can't be used because there is a limitation that there is only free use when it's not commercial, I recommend this font which is 100% free, but also a very well readable Gothic font based on letters in original Gothic manuscripts: http://simplythebest.net/fonts/fonts/gothic_1.html

I am not a lawyer, but I think non-commercial is not good enough, we can only have fonts which use an actual free license.

Mr. Pfeffer in fact included an example of his font used for Wikipedia, http://robert-pfeffer.net/schriftarten/skeirs.gif , but if this font is really undesirable I would recommend this 100% free font: http://simplythebest.net/fonts/fonts/gothic_1.html which is at least much better than all other fonts used standardly.

"This font is free, donationware, or is not (yet) for sale on SimplytheBest Fonts." Useless.

Please get it released under a free license http://opensource.org/licenses/category (e.g. OFL) and then update this bug. Thanks!
