I assume something like
09:20, 30 August 2006 xxx (Talk | contribs) blocked "x.x.x.x. (contribs)" with
an expiry time of 24 hours (xxx) --> unblock
with a link from "unblock" to
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3AIpblocklist&action=search&limit=&ip=x.x.x.x
And "unblock" shown to admins only
Would be really helpfull.

Tried on dewiki, but doesn't work:
([http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Spezial%3AIpblocklist&action=search&limit=&ip={{urlencode:$1}}
unblock]) was parsed to:
([http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Spezial%3AIpblocklist&action=search&limit=&ip=%241
unblock]) as plain text, no hyperlink!
