As a member of the fundraising team, I want to search for campaign names in the dash so that I can view relevant data for my A/B tests.

Requirements:

Display title "Banner Testing Reports"
Display a text box that the user can type in
Type-ahead should suggest campaign names that match as the user types
Once name is selected and "Get Test" is clicked, display success message (confirmed with retrieval of campaign object)
