Description

This is a small project that will have enormous net benefit: finally fix T56755.

Previous to the upgrade from OTRS 2.7.7 to OTRS 3.2 in August 2013, Wikimedia's OTRS instillation had a custom patch to one-click dispose of spam. You can find the source code for the patch, written by Tim Starling ages ago, in the link above.

I know what this should look like and do. I just need a partner or two with knowledge of Perl and a willingness to dive into OTRS's code to get this working again.
