Time zone drop-down menu in Phabricator uses underscores in entries

Description

The time zone drop-down menu in Phabricator uses underscores in its entries. For example, I see "America/New_York" at https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/settings/ rather than "America/New York". This looks goofy.

Underscores may be part of the internal name, but underscores should not be exposed to users. Compare with https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-rendering.

Yeah... In MediaWiki we literally just change the underscore to a space: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/diffusion/MW/browse/master/includes/Preferences.php;e5ce5c49fcfa0be6c1e5ceeb5cdab4449fa91dce$1353

(And localise it.)

Indeed this is fixed now as a more recent software version is now deployed on phabricator.wikimedia.org.
