Context

An editor working on an article is interested in new info to add to it. However it is hard to identify new information that gets added in other languages. It would b useful to surface to editors some of those changes as suggestions to edit.

This goes beyond the usecase of "create a new article" so it is just an idea for the future.

Narrative
