Could we have "Learning-and-Evaluation" as the primary tag, and "L&E" as secondary?
I prefer names that tell outsiders what a project is about. :)
Also, is there a wikipage (homepage of the team) to link to in the project description?

Hi, I cannot create the project "Learning-and-Evaulation" in Phabricator because the existing Community-Resources project already uses the project name "Learning-and-Evaulation" as an additional hashtag (project name) for Community-Resources.

CC'ing @Capt_Swing (Jonathan) here who requested that project in T78412 and also added that additional hashtag.
