This would be useful to check on pages moved into a namespace of interest (typically mainspace). If cross namespace moves are tagged, we only need to filter the namespace and we get all of those. They can be patrolled if patrolling of tagged changes from T89553 is enabled. This could probably be done directly when performing the move, after the null revision is created. It should also autopatrol if the user is autopatrolled. Abuse filters were created for this, but this isn't satisfactory for the same reasons as those mentioned in T73236.
