Cannot scroll in Opera Mobile Classic browser

Description

When I open Phabricator.wikimedia.org and select "Applications", I cannot scroll in the "Opera Mobile Classic" Browser. Happens on Android 4.0.4 and in the "Opera Mobile Classic Emulator" on Windows too.

If someone really cares about "Opera Mobile Classic" this should be tackled in upstream code, but I think that basically nobody cares because Opera Classic is dead and time on supporting this browser's flaws would not be well spent.

Which browser do you recommend as a replacement for it on Android (4.0.4)?

I don't recommend anything. :) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_the_Opera_web_browser#Discontinued_versions_for_devices states there is something called "Opera browser for Android", though.

I have that one too, but don't like it because there is no way to group my bookmarks. And it sometimes renders Phabricator tasks wrong (unusable!).
