There is a mismatch of expectations here, I feel. Everyone's idea of 'good enough' is wildly different, causing dissapointments everywhere.

Does this task refer to the Tools project or the individual tools running there?

Tools infrastructure. I'd say NFS, GridEngine, LabsDB, ToolsDB, Redis, Proxy.

So T93622 is up for defining the actual services provided, and according to the ops quarterly goal for labs, uptime SLA is 99.5% (

Note that exact details of what constitutes uptime, etc are happening in the other bug.
