evaluate mapping when writing dump information to database

Description

We can directly apply our mapping from entries in external data to properties in Wikidata while writing the external information into our database. Thereby we have only the relevant data in the database and can access it easily per property we want to validate.

[OT] I'm afraid when someone takes a look at this task in a year (in case it does not get fixed in the meantime) that no-one will have any idea what it's about and how to fix it.
