The app description in the Google Play market in some languages is based on the old app's name - "Mobile Wikipedia". That's what I see in French and in Hebrew. In English it's just "Wikipedia", so it should probably be updated in all the languages to this one-word name, without "Mobile".
(There is a somewhat related, but worse, issue in iOS: T71218.)
Within the past few days I've updated the store description in the repo for translation. Once it's gone through some translation, I'll update the store description using it.
I've set a note on my calendar to check back in two weeks.
I don't see that it's resolved. The name in Hebrew in the Play Store is still outdated.
Just updated the name in Play store across all languages for which translations exist (removing 'mobile'), should show as updated in a day.
