Passes for the 2 latest versions of the Grade A browsers . There is however a lag between the beta-feature actually getting enabled if the user arrives into Special:CX through the campaign and leaves immediately and then returns again to Special:CX.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Check cx is disabled
  2. Try creating a new page and confirm the campaign is visible
  3. Click on campaign blue button to enable CX
  4. From Special:CX go to the 'Learn More' link
  5. Return to en.beta and go to Special:CX
  6. Check if you see special cx or no such page

Waiting to confirm before filing a bug.

IE8/9 - campaign is hidden
Remaining browsers - campaign is correctly displayed and user preferences also stay enabled. This is on beta-labs.
