Conduct a Tool Labs workshop at Lyon Hackathon

Because a lot of tool authors will be there! And tool labs is a very easy way for outside developers to get started in adding value to wiki, over extension development.

I don't think that it is; I think Yuvi is more of a tutorial on writing tools whereas mine is aimed at existing toolwriters about reinforcing their tools with more advanced techniques.

Yes, was replaced by T100160 which was more appropriate for the crowd present.
