All en.wp hatnotes missing in content

Which is STUPID, because it's a styling class, used for multiple purposes.
It looks to me that this was already partly addressed by the styling of rellink and dablink, until these classes were removed from most hatnotes.

But as I told jdlrobson before, semantic classes can easily be added and most hatnotes already have them. If you HAVE to remove, then be more specific than .hatnote and consult with the community.

I think the main purpose was to hide them in alpha where we are doing some wacky restyling.
Can't remember why we did it everywhere but we should at least do this in alpha (they don't play nicely with lead photo / wikidata description editor etc)

Also cc @Mhurd as the app uses our styling.

I'm going to merge TheDJ's patch for now. We can revisit in alpha.
