ja.wikipedia strongly needs that someone have 'deleterevision' privilege.
'deleterevision' feature seems to work good, except for a few non-critical bugs.
please add the prevelege to jawiki sysops (or bureaucrat).

We could enable oversight. We cannot enable revision deletion. Oversight exists to provide the
primary functions of revision deletion for the forseeable future. Revision deletion as such may
or may not ever be functional. Please do not ask for it to be enabled, as it is non-functional
and would cause a lot of things to break. You may ask for oversight to be enabled.
