Description

In de.wikivoyage, the page https://de.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Nachrichten:2015-02-17:_%E2%80%9EHanse-Express%E2%80%9C_ab_April_zwischen_Hamburg_und_Stuttgart exists. An IP user tried to create the corresponding talk page, but was blocked by the title blacklist (too many spaces in title). This should be changed.
