Another example we didn't fix yet is https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Pages_in_need_of_copyedit .
This might just require having populating https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q8235695, which is specifically the "All" category, then using that. This is a lot easier than recursively expanding the category tree in the populate script.

MediaWiki-extensions-GettingStarted has been removed from Wikimedia wikis and is getting archived per T292654. Thus declining this task to reflect reality.
