User story:

As an administrator of a wiki with GettingStarted, I would like to configure the category used for task suggestions, because my wiki does not have a copyediting category.

MediaWiki-extensions-GettingStarted has been removed from Wikimedia wikis and is getting archived per T292654. Thus declining this task to reflect reality.
