Description

When the current A/B test is over, we could...

Stop using GettingStarted as a container for task recommendations, and spin it out into a standalone extension. That way, we can continue to test it out while keeping GettingStarted stable.
Keep them bundled together but continue to have a feature flag for recommendations. May include renaming the extension to Suggestions.
