Description:
On the linked page, several (Wiktinary, Wikiqute, Wikiversity, Wikibooks, Wikinews) of the
interproject links link to 'incubator.project.org', rather than 'en.project.org'.

Please fix it to default at 'en' (in other words, so that they work exactly the same as
they would at Meta).
