Description

This request is a follow-up from card #152.

User stories include:

As a developer using the task API, I want to see a list of all possible task names so I can deliver the correct one as part of my interface.
As a developer using the task API, I want to have programmatic access to a list of all tasks, to present them to users in a dashboard or other interface.
