Clean up erroneously created wmf/1.20wmf21 branches

Description

Yesterday, it seems in mediawiki-core and all extensions there were 100s wmf/1.20wmf21 branches created that were supposed to be wmf/1.25wmf21. This is spreading through various automated tooling and confusing in general. Please remove them again.

Looks like they were created by @mmodell.

Shortly after the 1.25wmf21 branches were created.
