Clean up 'infinity' handling
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

We have 'infinity' and DatabaseBase::getInfinity() used interchangeably in various places, because they're the same in all the databases we really support (unless I'm mistaken in thinking we really support Oracle). We should really clean things up so database-infinity isn't used outside of code that's directly accessing the database.
