As per the above the last localisation update happened on 2013-10-12. I am not seeing the latest localisation updates made at Translatewiki.net example

The translation was updated in MediaWiki with 03a7192f5b1c99a7443c788adb2aacd70a316123 (you now have to look for the i18n/te.json file).

There were changes to l10nupdate this morning, let's see if this was fixed.
