Are you still planning to run this session? Would you prefer to have it scheduled in advanced (i.e. to promote it in our circles)?

I have a video made by a client about the introduction of VisualEditor to the corporate wiki that I'd like to share with the other developers at the Hackathon. I think it would have wide interest, but I'm want to be sure that the VE developers get to see it. I'm not sure where to propose this, though.

You could ask Trevor or James or someone to email it to the group? If you want all of us to see it then you can't only show it at Lyon.

Will do. It is too big for email and I'd like to be there when it is first seen. For this, Lyon seems best and then other ways to spread it internally (I only have permission share with a small group, not to publish.)

Unfortunately, I just got word that I can't show this unless someone from $CLIENT is there to present it. Maybe another time.

It is time to promote Wikimedia-Hackathon-2015 activities in the program (training sessions and meetings) and main wiki page (hacking projects and other ongoing activities). Follow the instructions, please. If you have questions, about this message, ask here.

@MarkAHershberger, do we need to put together an agenda for this IRL event? How can I help?
