Our CiviCRM staging environment currently runs no automated jobs out of fear of spamming donors. We should make this safe somehow. Possibly we can tell postfix to only allow outgoing mail to *.wikimedia.* domains (other processes on the box are mailing addresses at wikimedia.ch and wikimedia.de). Ideally, we could redirect mail sent to non-wikimedia addresses to something like fr-tech+{original address}@wikimedia.org.
